These Terms of Purchase (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between People Politix LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and you (“Purchaser” or “you”). By purchasing any product, service, or subscription from www.peoplepolitix.com or any related checkout pages, you agree to the following terms.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
If you purchase a subscription product (such as CivicSend), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these automatic renewal terms.
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that time, but you will not be issued a prorated refund for the remaining days in your cycle.

- If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@peoplepolitix.com so we can resolve the problem.
- If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please notify us immediately. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use the product, or failure to cancel prior to renewal.

DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- Ebooks and templates will be delivered via email or direct download immediately after purchase.
- Subscription products (such as CivicSend) will be delivered on a recurring basis (e.g., newsletter templates available at the beginning of each month).
- If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate your purchase, contact us at hello@peoplepolitix.com
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about results or outcomes from the use of our products or services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, People Politix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your purchase or use of our products and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
